International Lifesaver Accreditation

- Tows and Carries
- Defense and Release Methods
- Rescue Simulations (conscious and unconscious victims of various types)
- Develop stroke efficiency and endurance
- Safe supervision in variety of aquatic environments
- CPR-C (one- and two-rescuer CPR)
- Choking maneuvers (adult, child and infant)
Prerequisites
15 years of age and the ability to complete a 400m timed swim
The course is limited to 12 participants per instructor. Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable
